It seems like when I capture photos of birds in flight, they're either amazing abstract blur or it looks like someone threw them like a dart.

Broad-tailed Hummingbird in Estes Park, CO

This little hummingbird was very calm and often sat on the railing and leisurely drank out of the feeder.

I'm not certain if this is a female or a juvenile broad-tailed hummingbird, but it was so eager to get access to the feeder that it would hover nearby until I hung it up.
